Team Leads are the backbone of Valor Ranch operations. As a Team Lead, you'll guide and mentor a team of volunteers, coordinate activities, and help ensure our programs run smoothly and effectively. You'll play a direct role in shaping the experience for injured service members and their families.
This is a one-year commitment that includes downloading the "Group Me" app for team communication. Whether your team works onsite, virtually, or both, your leadership will make a lasting impact on our mission and the volunteers you guide.
Several leadership roles remain open. If you are interested in being considered for a leadership role, please reach out to Toy Suon at toy.suon@valorranch.onmicrosoft.com
